2012 Budget
The 2012 Operating Budget was approved by the Board of Directors which reflected no change from 2011 Association dues.
Please remember that payments are due semi annually:
$217.00 due on January 1, 2012 and $217.00 due on July 1, 2012.

New Board of Directors
Louis Lamotta, Ben Berling and Patrick German as the new Board of Directors for Woodbridge Forest Homeowners Association.

Architectural Review
Please remember that any change to the exterior of your home (fence, pool, paint, satellite dish, screens, etc) must be approved prior to beginning any work.  Obtain review request forms and submit your requests to First Coast Association Management.
